Guy in the video said "Hundreds of Thousands of Ducks". "I just barely got into my car to go to work, singing, and I'm now stuck and going to be late because of ducks"

He also says he does not know what caused this.

Ducks are farmed in many asian countries. Like cows are. They are herded around in flocks that can be thousands strong.
