This is great work here superb planning taking him to the tallest wall wearing a face mask & helmet & ya the safety rope so he doesn't fall to his death Is this a union job one man work everybody else supervises

Yeah it was a union job. No supervisors, but you can't expect anybody to work outside of their job class. I saw a Grappler, a Hoister, a Hoister Helper, a Siren Operator, an Electrician, a Driver and a Wheel Chocker. The problem there was the Grappler Helper was off at a grievance hearing.
