Crazy bitch is crazy right. Anything that grows beyond the property boundary line of your property doesn't belong to you, it belongs to the council, and is public domain. In most suburbs, you can only put your front fenceline up to and along the property line. So crazy fugly bitch is actually well within her rights to her rhubarb. If pissy property owner doesn't want her taking that rhubarb, she has to go out there and trim it back herself. |
