Ruggies=Russian Druggies  I've tried a lot of different drugs... nothing ever made me act like this. Thankfully. Posted by a Ukrainian Telegram channel. Since the start of the war these types of videos are fairly common on both RU and UA Telegram channels in effort to make the other look bad.
