If my neighbor has been crass enough to join the nationwide voluntary self-surveillance network camera club to film everyone who walks by without permission, I'd simply never have any reason to interact with them at all, even when not on their front porch. Assholery is assholery.

Follow-on: A few months ago I signed into my retirement accounts, like I do about quarterly. This time they needed a little more information, which I didn't have a record of ever having set up, so I had to call for clarification. While on hold, I'm still digging around in files and such JIC I'd simply forgotten, mis-sorted or somehow had it anyway, cussing up a storm but not speaking INTO the phone (I'd set it down near-at-hand). When I returned to the line and cleared my throat, ready for whenever being on hold ended (just another 3 or 4 minutes), the call said simply: "Be Polite.", and the wait music continued.
.....Not no, but oh FUCK no.

I remember getting a call at 1130pm one night and it's some lady trying her damndest to sound white, and she calls saying she needs information for an account I have so I say " whats my name?" And she just says "uhhhhh sir" and then gets cut off by some guy yelling in Hindu and the call drops
