Looks like the driver lucked-out and didn't get crushed. I'd imagine if the excavator hadn't twisted clockwise the driver would have been toast.

That was the sorriest excuse for a operator I think I have ever seen, swing that fucking boom down hill and stab the bucket in then walk it off the frigging trailer, hope it crushed the pencil neck dipshit--so MANY ways that could have been prevented.  |

Why the fuck would anyone unload at that point? On a bend, next to a bastarding drop, on a slope towards said bastarding drop?! Bellends. If the driver survived without serious injury, he/she is a lucky cunt!
