This is actually a video by a YouTube user called HoaxKiller1.
The green circle indicates the smoke moving forward and due to poor video editing the smoke moves backwards(red circle).
The original YouTube uploader said he was filming his mom flying home but has changed the discription to stating something similar to it being entertainment only.
HoaxKiller1 has a website dedicated to exposing the fake UFO videos plaguing YouTube. This being one of them.
I remember reading this. Still looks like a fart though.
