Well, luckily, it's just the truck he borrowed from his brother-in-law. In a couple days he'll call him and tell him where he left it, so he can come and pick it up. "Honest, I SWEAR, I left it parked on the shoulder by the side of the road!"  |

I’d be popping open that sunroof before all the electrics take a shit. May already be too late, although I’ve seen video of power door locks and windows working when the vehicle was completely submerged - for a short while, anyway.

I think his shame and regret overpowered any panic. Maybe I’m old-fashioned but I think they should stick to driving on the ROAD or get a boat.

The motor shorted out a few seconds prior, when the water poured over the ignition switch. Now he's going to have to deal with fried electronics in addition to recovering the vehicle.
