I think its a female to male transition, because I sees some inherently female features , for example the brow ridge. If they were originally male, they would have a thicker more pronounced brow ridge. Female hormones cannot reduce the brow ridge's size, only surgery can do that. If they had had surgery to feminize their face, they would be at close to the final stage of become a woman, and would most likely not be walking(or laying) around with a beard and body full of hair. The person is probably at or near the beginning of their physical transformation into a man and has not had their breasts removed or reduced yet. The confusion comes because of the way they are posing..but I think they're probably just doing that way for ironic effect. |
