putting the vehicle in gear as well as safety brakes did not occur to them? specially if they know theyre going to stand the vehicle on two wheels with danger of it wheeling off course?

i think the position of the boom is also incorrect since its clear the load is heavier than the lifter. too much load sideways will topple the tow truck. should have lifted it with the boom in the rear position or front.
