Police in Thailand set up for court appearances via video feed with a judge. The officer who first comes in drops the latch on the gate, but it doesn't fall far enough to lock.

One prisoner, who was charged for drugs related crimes, notices this and takes advantage and escapes. Another sees the opportunity and takes it also. The last person out, a clerk locks the gate while the police are chasing down the men who escaped, but it turns out he didn't have the right key to get back in, so he ended up being locked out waiting for the other officers to return.

You can tell these cops are not in the least alert for something like this. The second guy still has leg restraints on. And he catches that cop flat footed and knocks him off balance like it was nothing.
