There was a case like this recently in the uk..didnt get much publication though. Apparantly if its in video that theres an assault in progress, the fact that a teacher is trying to protect one student from harm overrides the harm they could potentially cause to the student they pushed. As long as its not excessive of course..but then there isnt that larger amount of law suits in the Uk..atleast not yet.
