My step-sister is a trained marksman for the metropolitan police here in England and when they got the tazer training the whole lot of them tazered each other. She said she has never been in such horrible, blinding pain. One guy she works with actually pissed his pants. I guess she's lucky they don't have to actually use their sniper rifles on each other. Probably wouldn't get many recruits for that...
