Two men try to make a clandestine connection, a practice known as "cat", directly on an electricity pole, but end up suffering a strong electrical charge.

A man standing on a ladder leaning against the pole. The other is on the ground, holding and throwing a wire to make the connection.

As soon as the clandestine wire touches the electrical utility's wiring a small explosion occurs. The man who was on the stairs gets thrown to the floor, while the other falls on the sidewalk.
