I like how he thought of turning off the headlights after he flipped the truck over.. like it will make a difference.

Probably went off when he turned the engine off. I was always told to try to turn the engine off in the event of a roll, or else it will run dry of oil and add considerably to the repair cost. Never had to do it though, always kept them on their feet. |

[QUOTE=Philire;5094520]Probably went off when he turned the engine off. I was always told to try to turn the engine off in the event of a roll, or else it will run dry of oil and add considerably to the repair cost. Never had to do it though, always kept them on their feet. Friend of mine got out of his logging truck to check his tires. Road had about 4 inches of snow on it and a 4 degree out slope. Warm tires from driving and it started sliding towards the edge, he tried to get back in , to do what I don't know, lucky he didn't make it. Well over it went and we watched it roll 7 or 8 times till it came to rest on its wheels in the Creek engine still running. I started laughing like mad and he says "what's so fucking funny?" I said you get to crawl down there and shut the fucker OFF. |
