I think this is Introrectalation, or Butt-Huffing, Bunnychuffing, Anhalants. As we all now some of the solvents (toluene, xylene etc.) commonly found in certain quick drying paints, glues etc. have psychoactive properties when properly abused. And much like other excellent compounds, when taken interorectogestionally the effects are amplified. As far as the balls are concerned, I would put that to hallucination and overspray caused by the sprayer's over-intoxication. Ideally, the sprayer should try to be more accurate with directing as much of the paint into the actual bum's hole.
