Same here. Two pygmy hedgehogs. I'm doubt that you'd be alergic to them. But the best way to check would be find a breeder and make a couple of trips.

(I also want a sugar glider and a couple of ferrets.)

Aww. not sure about hedgehogs, but ferrets are illegal in Cali.
Ferrets are awesome.
They sell chinchillas at petsmart here which are so cute too!!!

My aunt has had hedge hogs, all the do is sleep all day. She kept hers in a cage with a dish rag, I called it the growling dish towel.
