they probably forgot to turn off the suction pump and with the top hatch airtight and sealed, it built over pressure and just bursted. its lucky it gave that way and not the explosion type of too much pressure.

that is disgusting. and all that shit (tampons, vomit, blood, feces, mucous, narcotics, condoms, semen, needles, urine.....)ran to the nearest storm sewer and ended up in a creek, pond, river, or ocean.  ....as what happens in every 3rd world city 24/7/365, now that i think about it  |

I'm pretty sure they pump our sewage out in to the ocean, too. More specifically, Blackpool sea.  Go for a swim there and you'll see a floater for sure.
