I'm trying to figure out just how the device inside each ball repels the main electromagnet. Battery-powered, or induced current from the magnetic field generating a repelling electromagnetism within the ball once a certain proximity is achieved?

Edit: A little research reveals it's a CGI demo vid for an aspiring visual effects company. IE, it's fake.
