I used to do this to myself in the residential treatment centers that I spent the majority of my teenage years in. I'd wait for the staff to walk & do their scheduled visual checks, then I'd stand at the head of the bed in my room (I only ever did this if I had a room to myself, never if I had a roommate) bend at the waist with my hands on my knees & start breathing super fast in & out through my mouth for a minute or two. then I'd quickly shoot back up with my back straight against the wall, giving myself a headrush before immediately holding my breath while I choked myself out with my hands. my vision would go blurry & the next thing I know I'd be blissfully regaining consciousness flat on the bed or sometimes on the floor if I happened to bounce off the bed after passing out. |

I'm confused, I never noted how I look in the post you quoted. Though, there are photos of me on this site (probably posted in early 2019 in one of the photo threads of the WC). I basically look like a mix of a witch, an owl + a bloke - I'm very unattractive!
