A cyclist and a Land Rover driver are involved in a furious dispute in south-west London, which ends with the driver threatening to break the cyclist’s neck. The driver who suffered a road rage meltdown and threatened to kill a cyclist for not using a bike lane has been fined under a public order offence, according to the man who posted the footage online. |

The bicyclists should be charged with creating an unsafe condition. Vehicles traveling the posted speed limit shouldn't have to move over to accommodate a cyclist riding outside of the bike lane adjacent to the roadway.

The cyclist was cyling dangerously then started calling the guy a cunt and an arsehole. I'd have stuck his bike round his fucking head.
