Re: Revenge on the Landlord
I think this was likely staged. Only an absolute fucking ponce or a serial killer would record themselves committing a felony, then send it the only person guaranteed to press charges. There are certainly a world full of disgruntled tenants ready to trash a property in revenge, but the last thing they're going to do is take credit for it. Especially if they plan on renting ever again. How the fuck would explain this on a Rental History check? |

Re: Revenge on the Landlord
Despite agreeing in principal with his actions, however in making evidence of himself do this damage; here in the UK he would be charged with Criminal Damage in court, and would have to pay compensation to his Landlord. In England, 'deposit' money is held in Government holding accounts which the Landlord has no direct access to, at least with legit lettings. I may be wrong, but I don't think our Francophone friend has thought this through properly. |

Re: Revenge on the Landlord
French people are fucking assholes. Funny yes, but he was probably not having his bond returned for good reason and now he's just fucked someone's property up. If this isn't staged he will probably be going to jail now that he's incriminated himself.
