My cat did that to me once - I had to throw him like that too but I ran into my bedroom with him going crazy like that and threw him on the bed so I would not hurt him - I was hurt though even had to get stitches  but he was all good :) And as long as the kitty is happy I am too lol.... (it was not his fault he was scared of a dog a friend brought to my house and I tried to pick him up to bring him into another room and he thought I wanted to feed him to the dog I guess  )
