I had fallen for that trick in GTA online, when you're in the shower it says to sing down the Mic, and you earn RP points...so I started to sing then all of a sudden heard these guys laughing, I was like ''shit, these guys just heard me singing like a twat'' If you mute your Mic it doesn't work.
