Simon needs to grow a set of balls and kick his ass. In my old job there was this notorious ass kisser and one day he tried to make me look bad to management when it was his fault. I went right up to his desk and told him to go outside now. I said if you don't go outside now I will be waiting at your car after work. Typical weasel bitch looked like he was gonna cry. You don't mess with someone's livelihood.
