My mother, as a result of using Cafergot, an ergot-derived therapy for migraines, had some awesome somnambulistic moments. In one, she actually did a science experiment in the kitchen, giving a lecture to an invisible classroom whilst setting fire to sugar in the kitchen sink. It was... amusing.
