It was suggested years ago but was shot down for being 'racist' by the UN. They have been taught to farm and raise livestock but most of them are too lazy to keep it up and prefer foreign aid. Look what happened in rhodesia, i'm sorry it's not called that any more since Mugabe and his black legions overthrew the government and stole all of the farms owned by whites. The farms were ruined within one year of being taken over. Why should we help people who are too lazy/ stupid to help themselves.
