Miss Africa 2018 Beauty Pageant Hair Catches Fire when Crowning
Cape Town – Miss Congo, Dorcas Kasinde, won the Miss Africa 2018 beauty pageant, but her crowning moment didn’t go as planned when her hair caught fire onstage. The annual pageant was held in Cross River State in Nigeria on 27 December and a video of the unfortunate moment has gone viral. The day after the pageant, the organisers of the event posted pictures of Dorcas sitting on her throne, wearing a crown, smiling. The 24-year-old beauty queen was checked by medics after the incident and was found not to have suffered any injuries. the guy laughing lol |

Thank goodness she had enough volume to give them time to put it out before scalp injuries occurred. You’d think this would teach the directors/producers of these shows NOT to shoot fire onto the people on stage, but this is not even close to being the first time this has happened. |

Ain't so beautiful now. A chunk of hair burned off, let alone scars. Lol I'd offer her my shed hair from the catbrush - it's the same colour after all, but maybe cat hair and human hair don't mesh in well together.
