The door stopped where it did because it has one of those arms on it which can be visible at the top at the beginning. The refection seems to prove it to be real rather than fake in my opinion. I don't see anything else that looks suspicious to me either. I have worked on 2nd Unit on a few films shooting stunts with pneumatics and what I saw in this clip all seems normal to me.
