The rapper was looking sheepish with the huge lump in the middle of his forehead after walking into a Caution signpost yesterday.

Kanye’s embarassing encounter began with him hitting his head on a sign and it ended with the 35-year-old going berserk at the nearby photographers for taking pictures.

He cut himself in the incident, and now has a hefty bruise right in the middle of his head to show for it.
