He was doing great until the end... All the ignorance talk should not have been said. IMHO, all he did was make an ass of himself with those statements. BUT, I loved the way he handled them prior to that! |

Anyone who holds up the 10 commandments as the rules they live their life by is missing out on reality. That book wouldn't even get accepted by a publishing house nowadays. It's full of false history, contradicting versions of same/similar stories, and immoral actions. Joseph Smith and his golden tablets... lol. Some people just want to believe in something because they're unable to believe in themselves. Religion... dumbing people down for at least 2000 yrs. |

I think people should have something to believe in, but not blind faith. Controversial things that have been proven, like evolution, are things that should be widely accepted, because well, it's substantial proof. I live in Utah with the Mormons, and at 8 years old, I used logic to decide that Joseph Smith either never existed, or he's been drastically exaggerated. Brass wasn't even a material until the early 1700s. |
