Re: Its Dinner Time for the Dogs
Definitely well-treated dogs and I think they're having much fun: dinner is a ritual and they honour it with that dance, i usually sing a short jingle to my gato while i'm fixing his dinner: while i do it, he apparently "sharpens" his claws for half a minute, then he jumps to his bowl. After dinner, he'll come back to purr close to me for one minute, (no more), then he'll show-up every hour, often waking me up. BUT If by disgrace i forget to sing the song and feed him in a hurry, he will eat his food anyway, but after doing that, he won't give a shit to me for the rest of the night, because i've ruined one of the few moments of joy that he's used to share with me. These dogs are used to this ritual, which has become an integral part of their dinner. Without that intro, it wouldn't be "dinner time" to them. Super-sweet. |
