Italy: Man Arrested for Robbing Pharmacy With a Hammer and Kiss
Rome 19 June (AKI) - Italian police on Tuesday arrested a man in Rome for robbing a pharmacy and giving his victim a kiss before leaving the crime scene.
Investigators say the 36-year-old on 25 June last year used a hammer as a weapon to rob the pharmacy in a working-class neighbourhood of Rome, forcing the proprietor to hand over the 1,500 euros in the cash register. Before leaving he gave the pharmacist a kiss on the cheek.
