You do realise that it's a piss take. It's a comprehensive school and there are no, "Prefects". The boy shouting is autistic, and is called Jamie, and the kids were taking the piss out of the poor bugger. Apparantly the lad's dad is fighting cancer at the moment, so he's going through enough shite without this. Derbyshire on the border of Yorkshire, is the school.
