US Cops could take a lesson here. This is how you talk with people. How they do it in the US is they are very aggressive make it a power play deal right away. This guy would have been loaded with electricity and beaten about 2 minutes into it had he been in the USA.

Look at the guy: teeth clenching, very large pupils even despite the bright camera lights (at about 1:20 you can clearly see it)... In my opinion he is on something like mdma or speed... |
