He really shouldnt use a tissue to mop up that twat blood, it's only (potentially) going to make things worse. By mopping up the blood you have little chance of it healing to a healthy length from the bone line in which case he can look forward to a life of continual pain ! At least that's what my dentist told me when i had my wisdom tooth out!
