Too many sanctimonious, pious cyclist pricks here in the UK, and that guy represented what is wrong with certain members of the cycling fraternity. The guy pulled forward I suspect, to avoid having to crawl behind the prick on the bike for the next half a mile - because you can guarantee the guy would have made a point of hogging the road for some distance ahead. To many tree hugging do-gooder's here in the UK, and the government pander to them all to readily IMHO. Get the cyclists to pay the same Tax, then they can bleat all they like, until then....noooo.
