It's not a hunter education video. He is simply demonstrating that he bought a new gun and there is something wrong with it, causing it to fire when pumped.

Phew! That’s a bit frightening. But you never ever, ever trust [or use] a safety mechanism any way. [Just my opinion]: shrug bet he takes that back to the shop. Hopefully just his purchase and not a total recall of Winchester 12 gauge. |

That's pretty fucked up, and it's good he made a public video of it. Some poor schmuck could take someone's head off quite by accident due to a faulty safety.
