There’s nothing worse than that sinking feeling when you realise you’ve broken something important and there’s nothing you can do to fix it.

One imagines that’s exactly how this supermarket worker must have felt when the shelving unit containing hundreds of bottles of alcohol he was stacking came crashing to the ground around him.

The clip shows two female customers examining the shelves while the male worker finishes his stacking.

As he stands up, having completed his work, the employee soon realises things are about to go horribly wrong.

The display suddenly collapses and after initially trying to stop the falling booze, the trio jump back and watch the inevitable unfold.

He's hardly at fault for that happening. It's obvious the wall mounts were not designed to hold the weight on them, and gave way. It's not like he pulled out a shelf or ran into it with a cart or something. If the store manager was stupid enough to hold him accountable for that happening, I would be suing the store manager for wrongful something or other.
