I'd say fake or proof-of-concept: just looking at it, it'd either need a dedicated toilet (this model seems glued/painted in) or be something you'd have to install/remove (and clean) as needed, plus the hole level with the bowl is ALSO too small, at least for the brick chunks. Even if you're a fisting enthusiast, something like this = >ER, though I'd wager some vaginas could survive it: not even any 'fingerpads' or whatever at the tips to apportion the considerable outward forces... lookin' at a sundered grommet, for sure.
