They're called Tampax here in the US as well. The one you poasted was a Russian Tampax commercial. Here's a comparison between a fucking idiotic American Tampax commercial and this much funnier Russian Tampax commercial. (A lot of Americans are ignorant, anal-retentive prudes. Fucking annoys the shit out of me.  )
