Once the liver is damaged severely it's capacity to metabolize alcohol can be greatly diminished. Somebody who once drank several pints of vodka daily can be knocked goofy by one beer. ***END COMMUNICATION*** |

Yeah but he chugged it all in less than 5 minutes, the alcohol probably hit him like a ton of bricks. Sure you could drink that easily over a few hours and feel fine, but chug the same amount in 5 minutes and it's a whole new ball game, plus it looks like he was drinking prior to this too.
