Agreed. You can't begin to do weight until you have good form and he had no form not even bad form. I used to do powerlifting like that until I blew my knee out and you got to have a good respect for the danger of the weight and be ready to step out from underneath it he didn't even have a clear area behind him and if he had to throw the weight the guy in front would have been hit |

Poor guy. I was a personal trainer for 28 years and it breaks my heart to see this occur. BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT THE FUCK YOU'RE DOING!
