The last move shown is now officially banned, it's called a Thomas Salto. You basically have to go straight into a tumbleset from flipping in the air with no idea where you're going to land. If you land on your head, or your neck, you're in big trouble. Russia's Yelena Muhkina was rendered a quadraplegic at age 20 when she landed a Salto incorrectly and broke her neck.
