This is exactly why I am against health insurance for people who don't pay for it. When I had health insurance my ex was going to the doctor and running up huge bills. I finally got laid off during the recession about the same time as the annullment judgement so either way was ended for her frequent trips to the docter. ahahhaha. It must of come as a shock the next time she went to the doctor and they told her the bill was hers to pay.

Is it possible that as we get older, we become all the more stupid? If I was a kid seeing this guy on the street, I would have seen him as an adult therefore a responsible person, but seeing him do this, I would think my pet dog would be more of a role model than him.
