That pistol just doesn't look real...to many issues, and he handles it like an untrained fool. By looking closely at the barrel...the wall thickness looks too thin for a real gun and the guide rod looks odd. There isn't a rear sight and his trigger finger looks way too curled around for there to be a real trigger. Whole thing looks strange.

I think this is the pistol...and it's real! Who knew? Kinda fits what's in the video and at $200 value it's about what I'd expect from such a douche bag.

I agree with the "fake" calls because:

1) there's no "bumper to bumper traffic";
2) this pistolero-wannabe is brazenly committing assault with a deadly weapon with his actions;
3) if somebody pulls a gun on you like this, motorcycle man, don't stand there and film while you argue; get their license plate #, get away, and call 911.

This video would be enough for the cops to put this guy in the pokey for ADW -and- his CCW permit would be pulled in a heartbeat.

I'm not certain, but I don't think the charge would be assault with a deadly weapon.

I think it would be a charge of brandishing a firearm, if he was caught.

Motorcycle guy sounds too pist for it to be fake. And no traffic ahead because they have been arguing for awhile so traffic ahead has been cleared. But you can hear cars behind honking. Seems real to me.
