Police officers in Anapa rocked a drunken Russian on a swing. They were waiting for an ambulance to arrive. The incident was caught on video, which was published by the publication Podyem. The footage shows two patrol officers in the park swinging a man who is in an intoxicated state. He complained that he felt ill and began to fall asleep. The Interior Ministry told the publication that there was nothing unusual about this. "Police officers called an ambulance and waited for the arrival. So they just rocked. There's nothing wrong here - they just shook him," they said.
