Players in a local derby in the Iranian city of Isfahan were lucky to avoid serious injury.

One of the players came across an object on the pitch and threw it away – it turned out to be a grenade and exploded upon landing.
Idiot picking it up and tossing it away.

Empty room or not, grenades typically have a kill radius much larger than where it was thrown in the video. Also, fragments from the grenade can travel sometimes a couple hundred meters.

I find it hard to believe no one was hit by it. Can't call fake and be certain, but if it was a "grenade", it was an incredibly shitty grenade.
