If he really was freestyling then he did well... Sounded rehearsed though and if that's the case it's nothing special and just another guy trying to get famous with a viral video.

It's Coby Persin, he's a prankster who posts his videos on twitter and youtube, looks to be about in his 20s so he is definitely in make up and costume.
