This Gives New Meaning to "Choke Your Chicken"
A man hangs from a goose's neck during the 'Antzar Eguna', Day of the Goose in Basque language, on 05 September 2007 in Lekeitio, Basque Country, Spain. The local celebrations include a game in which different groups row on small boats until one of them reaches a dead goose hanging upside down from an elastic rope over the town's estuary. Once the person has grabed the animal, he must try to break it's neck while the elastic rope goes up and down with the pulls given by local youngsters in one end of the rope

Re: This Gives New Meaning to "Choke Your Chicken"
We have a festivity sport like that over here but the guys are on bicycles. riding along the road and a dead chicken or duck is hanged upside down on a tight rope across the street. riders must tug at the head as they passed and who gets the head wins.
